PE-FLEX® Accessories
Anemostat is a component of the ventilation system, which is used to regulate and distribute air flow in the rooms. It can act as a diffuser or extractor and is part of the air distribution system in mechanical ventilation systems.
The designer anemostats of the DVSR and DVSER series have a modern look that matches contemporary home interiors, and the square bends give them an original form. They are made of powder-coated steel sheet in white (RAL 9016) with a glossy finish. The rotating disk allows you to smoothly adjust the amount of air flow.

A slot diffuser is a type of anemostat, or ventilation system component, which is used to introduce air into a room through narrow slots. This is a special type of diffuser that is placed on the wall or ceiling and allows airflow to be distributed evenly along the room.

The PE-FLEX® damper-damper is an innovative solution for the smooth regulation of air flow and noise suppression of ventilation systems. It can be successfully used on both supply and exhaust ducts. Mounting in front of the anemostat allows the system to achieve optimum performance. PE-FLEX® damper-damper is a particularly useful solution in cases where it is necessary to adjust the airflow at a specific point, and the adjustment with anemostat generates unwanted noise.

- Made of special acoustic foam that dampens the noise of flowing ventilation air
- The rotating design allows for smooth adjustment, and additional pull-outs increase the throttle's capacity.

The intake and exhaust grille is a component of the ventilation system that is used to bring air in or out of the recuperator and ventilation system.
The PE-FLEX® grille is drawn into a square field and has a modern design. The angled laths protect the installation from rain and wind, and their special design does not generate additional air resistance. There is also a large drip cap at the bottom to prevent the formation of drips on the wall
The PE-FLEX® air intake/exhaust is made of durable, thick and weather-resistant grind stainless steel. It was adapted for installation vertically on the facade and horizontally in the roof soffit.

The KLIK coupling is used to connect two sections of PE-FLEX® pipe. It helps to use the remaining ends of the ventilation pipes or to extend a single pipe. It is built with KLIK system couplers that have built-in gaskets and latches to hold the pipe.
The dedicated PE-FLEX® coupling allows you to quickly join two sections of pipe tightly – without the need for an additional gasket, the use of additional clips and without the use of tape.

- The only PE duct connection fitting available on the market with built-in gasket and assembly on KLIK!
- Three dimensional variants for connecting PE-FLEX® ventilation pipes with diameters of 50, 75 and 90 mm.

PE-FLEX® offers two types of plugs:
- blanking plugs with diameters from 50 to 90 mm that allow you to blank off the pipe or unused in expansion and distribution boxes KLIK couplings
- blanking plugs with diameters ranging from 100 to 250 mm that allow the spigots for anemostats or extensions in expansion boxes, spigots in manifolds and EPS ducts to be blanked off for the time of finishing the installation

The PE-FLEX® cutter was the first dedicated PE duct cutter on the market.
Its special design allows you to make an even cut of the ventilation duct with a single movement, the edge of which is straight and has no burrs.
Using the PE-FLEX® cutter, you can easily and quickly cut or trim the pipe to the required length, which significantly speeds up the process of installing the recuperation system in the house.

90 mm
PE-FLEX® adapters make it possible to change the diameters of ventilation ducts. They are particularly useful when pipes cross each other or there is a collision with other installations in the building.
The adapters allow the transition from 75 mm diameter to 50 mm diameter while maintaining similar air resistance and enabling transmitting the same amount of air. This is very important because a smaller diameter pipe is able to transport less air, so the number of pipes should be increased to compensate for the smaller cross-sectional area of the tubes.

Available diameters
2×75 / 5×50 mm
Developed specifically for the installation of ventilation ducts , the PE-FLEX® bracket is an innovative solution that allows easy installation of recuperation systems under the ceiling and on the wall even by one person.
The special design allows the brackets to be connected together, so you can aesthetically mount several cables side by side using fewer studs to the ceiling, significantly speeding up the installation process.
The convenient fastener used ensures that the attached ventilation duct will not slip out of the holder even under heavy load.
- Speeding up the execution of ventilation installation and simplifying the process of installing pipes to the ceiling and wall, which from now on one person is able to do!

Available diameters
75 mm
PE-FLEX® sleeve is designed to insulate PE-FLEX® ventilation ducts with diameters of 50, 75 and 90 mm and is made of two layers of heavy-duty PE film between which there is insulation with a thickness of 25, 50 and 75 mm.
PE-FLEX® sleeves use dust-free polyester fleece insulation instead of standard mineral wool, which does not bite or dust during installation.
Additional insulation of ventilation ducts is used when they run through colder rooms.

- Quick and easy protection of the recuperation system from heat loss.

FSA cone filters for round anemostats are used to protect mechanical ventilation ducts from cont amination. Thanks to the special filter fabric formed into a cone of dirt, i.e. dust, insects and grease are retained on its surface, thus protecting the entire section of the installation – from the anemostat to the recuperator.
- Adapted for installation in standard round anemostats and available in clique sizes.
- Recommended for installation in exhaust points of rooms such as kitchens, bathrooms, lockers, etc.
