It is usually enough to increase the thickness of the ceiling insulation by 2-3 cm to hide the manifolds there. This is an excellent way to hide and distribute all the plumbing in the house. Remember to adequately reinforce the floor when large surface boxes are installed in a high-traffic area.
The boxes can be mounted under wooden and concrete ceilings and directly on a frame of plasterboard. Importantly, the installation does not transmit any vibrations. But remember to install the entire ventilation system in the warm zone – under the ceiling insulation.
Attention!
When installing boxes and installation outside the warm zone of the house in unheated rooms, be sure to provide additional insulation! This type of solution usually brings more heat loss and should be avoided if possible.
